Blush Models Management is a modeling agency based out of Southbury, Connecticut. Formerly known as Performing Art Management, a modeling and talent agency, they have been in business since 1991. Agency Director Eli Shamsi established Performing Art Management in March of 1991 to represent upcoming models and talents in the modeling and entertainment industry. Shamsi is a 22+ years veteran of the modeling and talent industry and has worked as a fashion and modeling photographer, model scout and personal manager. He is currently the Managing Director of Blush Models Management. In January of 1999, Shamsi decided to change the format of Performing Art Management and focus strictly on the modeling and fashion industries. As a result, Performing Art Management was dissolved and Blush Models Management was established.
Blush Models Management represents professional models, as well as seeking and developing new faces with the potential of succeeding in the modeling industry. They represent both Female models ranging in age from thirteen (13) to twenty-five (25), and Male models ranging in age from mid teens (15 – 16) to early thirties (31 – 35), of any ethnicity. Blush has booking agents and model scouts in Los Angeles, and New York City. Blush Models Management primarily represents and seeks models in the areas of the fashion runway as well as fashion, editorial, beauty, catalogue, and commercial print modeling.
Blush Models Management, is not a school or a photography studio.

Blush Models Management, Is a commission based modeling agency. We do not charge any up-front fees to review the potential candidates' pictures or to represent our models. A legitimate, professional modeling agency, Does Not Charge Up Front Fee to represent their models. Professional modeling agencies earn a commission from their model's earnings. It is agencies' responsibility to develop, manage, represent and attempt to secure employment contracts for their models.
An agent is one who has experience and knowledge of the many facets of the entertainment field. Said agent agrees to use this specialized knowledge to guide, advance and promote the careers of clients who retain the agent's professional services. An agent is to find, develop new faces and create opportunities for the models they represent. An agent is a liaison between the models he/she represents and the entertainment industry and the general public.
An Agent must:
1. Always deal honestly and fairly with his/her clients.
2. Not derive personal gains at the expense of his/her clients.
3. Treat relationships with clients in a confidential manner.
4. Not encourage or induce a model to breach an existing contract; not represent a model while the model is under a valid contract to another agent, except by written agreement with all parties concerned.
5. Be proud of the modeling and talent management profession.
6. Promote decency, honesty, and integrity.
7. Have the best interest of his/her clients' in mind, at all time.
