The Jacksonville Scholarship Foundation, Inc. (JSF) is pleased to sponsor the Miss Jacksonville and Miss River City Scholarship Pageants.

With over fifty years of combined experience in the pageant industry, the Board of Directors of the JSF encourages young women, 17 - 24 years of age, to strive to exceed their goals and accomplish their dreams through participation in this worthwhile program.

As part of the Miss Florida and Miss America Organizations, the Miss Jacksonville and Miss River City Scholarship Pageants are proud to contribute to one of the largest sources of scholarship opportunities for women in the world.

Both Miss Jacksonville and Miss River City will compete for the prestigious title of Miss Florida and will have the opportunity to earn scholarships towards furthering her education. In addition, throughout her Year of Service, she will have the chance to network with the people of our great City and promote a platform, or critical cause that is near to her heart.

Participating in the Miss Florida/America System not only helps young women pay for college and prepare for a career, it also provides an opportunity to gain additional life experience, work on issues of importance to society, enhance personal and professional skills and develop performance-related and other talents.

The Jacksonville Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is also pleased to sponsor Miss Jacksonville Outstanding Teen and Miss River City Outstanding, which are preliminary titles in the Miss Florida Outstanding Teen System, the "Little Sister Pageant" to Miss America. An "At-Large" title, Miss Duval County Beaches Oustanding Teen is also part of the JSF Family.
